Full‑time (0.9 FTE).
Shift:
Shift 2: Orthopedic and Plastics ST 0900‑2130 (Tue, Thu, Fri).
Holidays:
Yes.
Weekends:
Weekend Call.
Job Summary As a member of the healthcare team, collaborates with the surgical team to provide care for patients ensuring that the goals of the patients are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of surgical experience in any combination as a Surgical Technologist or Technician.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a Surgical Technologist program, Military Operating Room Specialist course, or Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II program.
Licensure & Certifications
Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
For Staff Level 3 or above hired before 8/1/2020, certification not required if criteria are met.
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
