Hybrid (IP/OP) Cardiology Advanced Provider II (APRN/PA) - Metro Parkway
Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking advanced practice providers passionate about cardiology to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The position offers a hybrid role that includes clinic days a few times per week as well as inpatient consults and care.
Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including initial assessment, follow‑up, and management.
See clinic patients a few days per week while meeting with patients in the inpatient setting.
Participate in day‑shift (Monday–Friday) rounds, call and weekend coverage as needed.
Work within a team‑based model with strong clinical support.
Document all encounters using EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation.
Qualifications
Board Certified APRN (Acute‑Care pathway preferred) or PA.
Active Florida license (or ability to obtain before start).
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience preferred but not required.
