SELUMI SKINCARE is a Seoul‑born global beauty brand combining advanced Korean science, premium design, and high‑performance skincare formulations. We are building a modern luxury K‑Beauty experience through innovative packaging, elevated brand storytelling, and strategic global distribution.
As we expand across the U.S. market, we are looking for a passionate professional to help drive our brand growth, sales, and digital footprint.
Role Overview The Brand Development & E‑Commerce Lead will play a key role in shaping SELUMI’s U.S. presence. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and business‑driven — someone who can elevate the brand experience while also growing sales across online and offline channels.
You will oversee branding, digital marketing, e‑commerce operations, partnerships, and product positioning to expand SELUMI’s visibility and revenue.
Responsibilities
Build and execute brand strategies that strengthen SELUMI’s identity and market positioning.
Manage brand storytelling, visual consistency, and messaging.
Assist in product launch planning, packaging coordination, and marketing material development.
Develop creative brand assets in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Expand SELUMI’s sales channels (online, wholesale, retail partners, boutique networks).
Identify and develop partnerships with beauty retailers, aesthetic clinics, salons, spas, and influencers.
Manage B2B relationships and support onboarding of new accounts.
Conduct competitive market analysis and optimize pricing/positioning strategies.
Manage Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces (listings, optimization, inventory management, analytics).
Oversee online promotions, campaigns, and customer experience.
Improve conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase metrics.
Collaborate with operations and logistics on order fulfillment and customer service flow.
Support social media strategy and content planning.
Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Create and execute growth initiatives to scale brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications
2–5+ years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods (brand, e‑commerce, or sales).
Strong understanding of K‑Beauty market trends and U.S. beauty retail landscape.
Experience managing Shopify, Amazon, or other e‑commerce platforms.
Ability to create or oversee content (photoshoots, digital assets, product storytelling).
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership.
Fluency in English required; Korean proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with beauty brand launches or global expansion.
Knowledge of packaging, product development, or supply chain.
Familiarity with social media growth strategies.
Existing network in beauty retail or aesthetics.
Data‑driven approach to marketing and sales optimization.
