Executive Services Relationship Manager Morgan Stanley – E*TRADE Premium and Specialty Client Solutions (ETPS) organization seeks an experienced financial professional to manage relationships with high net‑worth stock plan executives at E*TRADE and Shareworks.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of equity compensation and the wealth‑management value proposition.

Create and deliver tailored solutions for executives’ inquiries, from foundational education to complex transactions.

Build and nurture relationships with assigned participants and corporate clients, identifying business‑development opportunities.

Conduct outbound campaigns throughout the participant lifecycle, connecting executives to financial advisors for additional wealth and liquidity solutions.

Collaborate with Virtual Client Solutions and Morgan Stanley teams to resolve issues, leveraging organizational structure.

Maintain high standards of service in alignment with Morgan Stanley’s core values.

Required Qualifications

Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

1–2 + years of client‑service experience within financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

3–5 + years in Relationship Management, Stock Plan Services or Premium Services.

Active Series 66 (or Series 63 & Series 65) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

BA/BS in finance or a related field.

Demonstrated experience establishing executive relationships and portfolio understanding.

Strong problem‑resolution, training and communication skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication.

Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $75 000–$110 000 per year, plus discretionary incentive compensation and bonus potential.
