We are seeking a results‑oriented professional with strong leadership and analytical acumen to lead our Data Analytics and Pricing Team within the aviation business vertical. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in forecasting, statistical modelling, and pricing strategies, combined with the ability to drive team performance and business growth through data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
Manage end‑to‑end pricing processes, including fare modelling, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
Develop and maintain forecasting models to support strategic planning, revenue optimisation, and budget projections.
Implement predictive analytics frameworks to anticipate market behaviour and guide pricing strategies.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities using data‑driven insights.
Oversee the design, automation, and deployment of dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Python, VBA and Spotfire.
Ensure the team’s outputs align with organisational objectives and performance benchmarks.
Partner with research and market analysis units to interpret complex data sets into actionable intelligence.
Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of advanced analytical methods and visualisation techniques.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and project management efforts across key aviation business units.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience within the aviation industry, with a focus on data analytics, forecasting, or pricing functions.
An MBA in Business Analytics, Finance, or Strategy will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience in business development and market research functions preferred.
Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsRequired Professional Competencies
Proven experience in team leadership and project management within a data analytics or pricing environment.
Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to present complex insights in business‑friendly terms.
Analytical & Technical Skills
Statistical modelling, forecasting, and data analytics proficiency.
Advanced command of Excel, VBA Macros, Spotfire, Tableau and Python.
Familiarity with process design tools such as Miro for workflow optimisation.
Experience in predictive analytics and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong ability to interpret large data sets and deliver business‑oriented recommendations.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$110,000 to $130,000].
