Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are met.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to drive project goals.
Utilize strong technical understanding of Java and .NET applications to guide project decisions and resolve technical challenges.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and client expectations.
Drive Agile or Waterfall project methodologies based on project needs.
Coordinate project resources, budgets, and weekly progress tracking.
Facilitate technical discussions and ensure effective communication across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments.
Strong working knowledge of Java and .NET application development processes.
Experience managing end‑to‑end software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project tasks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working onsite with clients preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
