We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Salad Prep team member to join our kitchen staff in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh salads and ingredients to ensure high-quality and timely service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other salad ingredients according to recipes and quality standards. Assemble salads and salad components in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad prep station and kitchen area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Assist with other kitchen duties as needed. Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
