Key responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to transform how IWG builds and operates its locations, focusing on: Driving Cost Efficiency:
Overseeing a $1 billion+ annual supply chain spend, continuously reviewing and challenging expenditures to eliminate waste and reduce costs. Managing the End-to-End Supply Chain:
Ensuring efficient and rapid construction of centers while minimizing ongoing maintenance and operational expenses. Building Strategic Partnerships:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with top-tier, reliable, and cost-effective suppliers to ensure consistent quality and performance, while driving continuous improvement. Supporting Franchise and Landlord Partners:
Delivering exceptional service by creating a seamless supply chain that operates efficiently without requiring involvement from franchise or landlord partners. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to efficiency and quality in the supply chain.
