What You’ll Do As a Dentist in our practice, you will work collaboratively with our hygienists and dental assistants to deliver quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
Examining and diagnosingdental illnesses, infections, and conditions.
Performing procedures, including restorations, root canals, extractions, and dental implants.
Designing and fitting dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures.
Conducting surgeries on diseased tissues and bones.
Promotingoral hygieneand preventive dental care through patient education and regular check-ups.
Developing individualized treatment plans to improve oral health and habits.
Preparing patients for procedures with oral sedation or anesthesia as necessary.
Prescribing medications and managing post-treatment care.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A validState DDS or DMD license.
At least2 years of clinical experienceor completion of aGPR (General Practice Residency)orAEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry)program.
Proficiency with dental tools, equipment, and digital workflows.
Experience with extractions, root canals, surgeries, and restorative procedures.
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and build rapport with patients.
A pleasant, compassionate demeanor to make patients feel comfortable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
