About the Opportunity A leading financial services firm in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join its team on a temporary basis with potential for permanent placement. Position Overview We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to join our team in the Greater Boston Area on a temporary-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will support client requests, monitor inquiries, and assist in measuring service standards across various financial products. This position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn core functions such as fund accounting or custody. Additional details about the company will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. A drug test for marijuana is required as part of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Work closely with team members to support client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution. Monitor and respond effectively to client inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in activities that measure Client Service Standards across the firm’s financial products. Filter and escalate client requests as needed to ensure proper handling. Use internal technology solutions to manage and escalate client inquiries efficiently. Provide prompt responses and solutions to internal inquiries, escalating to senior team members when necessary. Develop a solid understanding of one core service delivery function, such as fund accounting or custody. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Good aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and organization. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Creative problem-solving skills, including identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Language skills matching the office location and supported client relationships. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams in a team-oriented environment. Why Join Us?
