The Senior Manager, IT & WMS will be the key leader responsible for driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Korber’s WMS solutions and IT infrastructure. This role is uniquely designed for a candidate with deep IT expertise and a strong background in warehouse management systems—preferably with direct experience in Korber’s own technology stack—as well as comprehensive knowledge of other supply chain applications such as LMS, YMS, and more. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute our program management plan, ensuring robust IT solutions that support and enhance our supply chain operations. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who not only sets the strategic vision but also has the ability to dive into the details when needed—establishing standards, guiding the team through complex challenges, and resolving issues effectively to drive operational excellence.

Oversee, directly lead and execute the template build, rollouts, deployments, enhancements, and integration of Korber’s WMS solutions within our IT framework. Establish a repeatable, configurable, and customizable process for rolling out Korber solutions to new customers, including converting existing sites to new WMS. This process should be designed to accommodate varying customer needs and ultimately evolve into a self-dependent framework. Lead a team of IT professionals in aligning technology initiatives with our strategic supply chain goals, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with Korber standards. Project & Technical Management
Drive multiple IT and WMS projects from conception through delivery, including system configuration, testing, and rollouts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to define technical requirements, scope, and risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Partner with business and IT teams during onboarding, discovery, and design sessions to capture requirements and shape future system enhancements. Provide regular updates to leadership team on project progress, technical challenges, and future opportunities. Team Development & Mentorship
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on WMS solutions. Set SMART goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate emerging technologies (like but not limited to automation) and continuous improvement opportunities to ensure Korber remains at the forefront of WMS advancements. Lead change initiatives to transition from as-is to to-be processes, ensuring a smooth, scalable evolution of our systems. Technical Execution & Support
Provide hands-on technical expertise as needed, contributing to system configuration, integration testing, and troubleshooting critical issues. Proactively monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues before they impact business operations. Requirements and Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical & Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in integrating IT systems with WMS platforms, with a focus on digital transformation and process automation. Strong SQL proficiency to interpret system workflows, diagnose issues, and guide internal resources—enabling autonomous troubleshooting and minimizing reliance on external consultants in long term.
