Responsibilities Provide technical support for integrating NVIDIA switches into OEM solutions, resolving hardware, software, and deployment issues. Lead technical aspects of NVIDIA switching products, collaborating with sales teams to deliver high-performance AI datacenter solutions. Build and maintain relationships with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers. Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for product development. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years in system design or customer support in switching/routing industry. Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware, Ethernet/Infiniband switches, routers, and network protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Experience with silicon and networking OS integration. Experience with large-scale switch deployment. Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, Infiniband, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, cables. Familiarity with SONIC, Cumulus, MLNX_OS or similar OS.
