Assistant Program Coordinator – Onsite | Boston, MA | 3-Month Contract Location : Boston, MA (Must be onsite) Contract Duration : 3 months, full-time About the Role : Sigma, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Program Coordinator to join our onsite team in Boston, MA, for a 3-month contract. This role supports various program development, outreach, and marketing activities, playing a key role in project organization, event management, and communication efforts. Key Responsibilities : Organize and implement projects focused on program development, publicity, and community outreach. Plan, market, and support program activities, including producing reports and marketing materials. Coordinate and manage events such as orientations, career / internship programs, and liaise with external organizations related to specific programs. Assist with curriculum development and manage online resources, including program websites and social media platforms. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in program administration, event organization, marketing, or outreach strongly preferred. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and timeliness. Advanced writing skills; training and change management experience are a plus. Comfortable working flexible hours to meet deadlines. Experience with digital media and graphic design software. Knowledge of college or university policies is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
