Primary Care Physician - West Portland
Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for primary care clinics on the Westside of Portland, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners who have been part of Legacy for several years. Primary care providers are supported by a care team that can include team coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs, and pharmacists.
Compensation: $274k to $305k annually with a two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE). Opportunities for flexible FTE ranging from 0.60 to 1.00. Additional productivity and quality incentives are available.

Responsibilities
Responsible for patients throughout treatment
Review clinical history, provide physical examinations, diagnose, and treat chronic and episodic disorders
Work in collaboration with the team
Maintain own patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic
Qualifications & Licensure Requirements
MD or DO
Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate
Unrestricted Oregon medical license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
No J-1 or H-1B visa opportunities
