Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, prescribe, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and manage discharge planning for inpatient adults.
Shift schedule: 153 shifts daily from 7 am to 7 pm.
Focus on inpatient care; no pediatrics, obstetrics, or trauma. No code calls; Rapid Response Team handles rapid response events.
Support with a reasonable census and closed ICUs staffed by intensivists.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license and DEA registration in Georgia.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $170.00 – $182.46 per hour.
Competitive base salary.
