is seeking a Managing Director and leader for our Cyber Managing Risk vertical. The leader will guide clients through complex cybersecurity transformations, offering expert advice and solutions to enhance their security frameworks, policies and technologies. This role involves leading consulting projects, managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities Cyber Managing Risk Leadership
Lead and manage cybersecurity advisory projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and action plans tailored to clients' specific needs.
Provide expert guidance on advanced cybersecurity technologies, practices and industry standards to clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and security challenges.
Conduct assessments to identify clients' cybersecurity gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear insights, recommendations and progress updates.
Project Management
Oversee project teams, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including technical experts, analysts and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project risks, resolve issues and ensure that all objectives are achieved.
Change Management
Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through the transformation process.
Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of new cybersecurity practices and tools.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, highlighting progress, achievements and areas for improvement.
Thought Leadership
Contribute to the development of cybersecurity best practices, methodologies and frameworks.
Represent Kroll at industry events, conferences and webinars, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is preferred.
Extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a strong track record of leading transformation projects for clients.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality consulting services.
In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks and best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop strategic solutions and drive results.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and dynamic project environments.
