We are seeking a
Consulting Senior Manager
to lead platform initiatives within the Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation Business. The role is remote, based in the United States. Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives to expand client base and grow revenue. Identify new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and craft tailored proposals. Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategies. Oversee delivery of high-quality consulting engagements. Provide strategic guidance leveraging industry/domain expertise. Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within platform area. Develop and deliver training programs and best practices. Collaborate cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies. Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of consulting experience, 3-5 years in leadership/management. 6+ years in manufacturing operations, focus on automation and controls. Deep expertise in specific industry/domain/service line. Proven expertise in process control systems: DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI. Understanding of MES and MOM frameworks. Hands‑on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies. Knowledge of OT data management: data historians, edge computing, IT integration. Ability to lead automation projects from concept to commissioning. Familiarity with ISA‑95 and ISA‑88 standards. Experience in regulated or high‑compliance environments. Compensation & Benefits
