Job Summary The Contracts Analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end contract management process, including contract creation, amendments, tracking, and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely execution of contracts, resolution of issues, and maintenance of accurate records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation, amendment and maintenance of contracts in accordance with organisational policies and compliance standards.
Track and update contract‑related metrics, focusing on the approval process and execution timelines.
Coordinate follow‑ups with stakeholders to ensure timely contract completion and resolution of tickets or process bottlenecks.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision‑making and operational improvements.
Manage and respond promptly to chat room and internal queries, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with invoicing and purchasing teams to address internal requests and provide necessary contract‑related support.
Qualifications and Skills
Hands‑on experience with tools such as ARIBA, DocuSign and MS Teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred: Prior experience drafting vendor and customer‑facing contracts.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer centricity.
Ability to manage ambiguity under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and continuously learn new technologies.
