As a Survey Project Manager on our Land Development team, you’ll take the lead on high‑impact residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and renewable energy projects that transform communities and bring new spaces to life.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, the flexibility of a hybrid or remote setup, and the support of a highly skilled field and office team that shares your passion for accuracy, innovation, and results.

What You’ll Do Lead and manage survey operations for land development projects of all sizes, coordinating boundary, topographic, and construction surveys that set the foundation for success.

Collaborate with your team to draft, review, and finalize plats, legal descriptions, and construction documents using the latest technology.

Apply your expertise in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to review data, refine deliverables, and ensure every detail is dialed in.

Direct and mentor survey crews, CAD technicians, and junior team members – building a team that’s as strong in the field as it is in the office.

Analyze complex records, easements, and title documents to ensure survey accuracy and project efficiency.

Oversee layout, control, and data collection for development sites, ensuring precision and quality at every stage.

Participate in paid training, professional development, and industry events that help you stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring Professional Survey License (PLS), SIT, or on track to obtain.

8+ years of experience in surveying, with proven experience in boundary resolution and land development projects.

Strong technical foundation in Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Construction Staking, GPS, Traversing, Leveling, and Legal Descriptions.

Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills – you know how to motivate a crew and manage a project with confidence.
