Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist
Apex Pediatric Therapy Services is dedicated to helping children live happier and more fulfilling lives by providing ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy in-clinic, in‑home and in‑community settings. Our team follows BACB guidelines and focuses on using data‑driven techniques and best practices to achieve positive behavioral changes.
Job Description
Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Consistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families.
Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner.
Write progress reports and other written assignments related to the client.
Assist in creating instructional materials.
Be physically able to keep up with the child and lift up to 30 lbs.
Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree.
Required High School Education.
Prior experience with ABA therapy.
Compassionate and patient with children.
Enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
