Responsibilities
Work with customers to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration. Travel to customer sites with minimal direct supervision. Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer‑oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 4–6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive multiple hours daily. Ability to work overtime and on‑call as required. Attendance at industry‑leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH. Physical Demands & Work Environment
Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance. Climb up to 10 ft with an A‑frame ladder and occasional roof access through ladders greater than 20 ft. Extensive walking 3–5 miles per day and driving 5–6 hours per day. Perform kneel, squat, bend, push/pull movements and move in tight and confined spaces. Operate motor vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery or power tools. Work in office and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet and dirty conditions. Travel requirement up to 50% of time. Benefits
