The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for technical and business analysis of software solutions delivered by software engineers. The analyst defines requirements for process improvements, cost reduction, system sustainability, and business benefits. The role also involves ensuring software quality, process modeling, advising, and monitoring emerging technologies. Autonomy

Works under routine direction with limited discretion. Resolves issues independently with minimal guidance. Influence

Print Template Development Create, edit, and maintain print templates for letters to clients, users, and government agencies. Review and prepare templates for print, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. Collaborate with analysts and product owners to resolve issues, guide layout adjustments, and improve print results. Adjust layouts as needed to meet printing requirements while preserving original design integrity. Requirements Analysis Capture requirements using data and workflow analysis techniques. Manage and prioritize requirements in an Agile backlog. Create use cases, user stories, specifications, diagrams, and documentation to clarify requirements. Software Quality Define acceptance criteria, coordinate testing, and resolve issues with product teams. Conduct user acceptance, A/B, and other tests to verify requirements. Ensure templates meet quality standards. Skills Technical Attention to detail, especially in spotting printing issues like spacing and font inconsistencies.
