Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Events Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible to: Plan and execute 20 + in‑person and virtual events annually.

Own logistics, vendor relations, budgets, and ROI analysis.

Operate the San Francisco AI Research Lab event space: own the calendar, manage logistics, and ensure a welcoming, well‑run venue for partner, customer, and community events.

Bring external partners, user groups, and local tech communities into the lab; program and host at least two high‑impact events per month.

Collaborate with Video and Community teams to extend event reach

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

4 + years event marketing in B2B or developer‑focused companies.

Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

Detail‑oriented organiser with strong negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Some after-hours event coverage required for evening or weekend developer events.
