Leveraging expertise in application architecture, application management, pre-sales, and solutions selling, this role bridges technical and business domains to architect end-to-end solutions, drive client engagements, and support sales teams in achieving revenue goals. The Senior Solution Architect collaborates with stakeholders, translates complex requirements into actionable designs, and ensures successful solution implementation. POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Key Responsibilities: 1.

Solution Design & Architecture : Develop and document high-level and detailed application architectures aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions leveraging cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments. Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems, applications, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Provide technical leadership in evaluating and selecting technologies, platforms, and tools. • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs, articulate value propositions, and craft tailored solutions during the pre-sales phase. • Lead client presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities. • Develop compelling proposals, RFPs, and SOWs that align technical solutions with business objectives. • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients to drive solution adoption and long-term partnerships. 3.

Application Management & Optimization: • Oversee the lifecycle of application solutions, including deployment, performance monitoring, and optimization. • Provide guidance on application modernization, cloud migration, and legacy system integration. • Ensure solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security standards. • Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful implementation. 4.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align solutions with strategic goals. • Mentor junior architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform solution strategies. 5.

Business Development Support: • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios. • Contribute to thought leadership by publishing whitepapers, blogs, or speaking at industry events. • Support the development of reusable solution frameworks to accelerate sales cycles and delivery. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in application architecture, solution design, or related technical roles. • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions selling, or client-facing roles with a proven track record of closing deals. • Extensive experience in application management, including deployment, optimization, and modernization. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. • Certifications (Preferred): TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, ITIL, or similar. • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, ArchiMate). • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and programming frameworks. • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work in cross-functional teams. • Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value. • Ability to balance technical depth with commercial acumen. • Leadership in driving innovation and fostering collaboration. • Adaptability to evolving technologies and client needs. • Hybrid with travel to client sites as needed (up to 30-50%). • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and client success Seniority level
