What you can expect We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of next-generation AI-powered customer experience solutions for Zoom’s cloud contact center platform. This is a high-impact role that will shape the future of intelligent customer interactions, driving automation, insight, and operational excellence. About the team Zoom is a leading provider of innovative AI-powered solutions for modern cloud contact centers. We are dedicated to enhancing customer interactions and operational efficiency through intelligent automation. Responsibilities Defining and executing the product strategy for intelligent automation solutions

Leading the development of AI-powered features to streamline contact center operations

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmap development

Defining success metrics and KPIs for customer experience features

Partnering with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies

Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and contact center security standards

What we’re looking for Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master's is an advantage.

7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building cloud contact center solutions

Possess a solid technical background with understanding of NLP, Conversational AI, Contact center integration and workflow automation; Cloud infrastructure and enterprise scalability

Have a proven track record of successful contact center software product launches

Have working knowledge of enterprise software and B2B contact center products

Be experienced with agile development methodologies

Have strategic thinking and contact center domain expertise

Possess exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124000,00 Maximum: $271200,00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
