Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of experience. Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire. Applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. Responsibilities for this Position

Role and Objectives: As a Technical Lead Systems Architect within Advanced Electronics Systems, part of the Land and Air Systems Line of Business, you will lead architecture development for complex systems, including requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, testing, and verification. Key Responsibilities: Apply advanced engineering principles to develop complex technologies. Manage design and development processes related to product engineering. Utilize computer tools for requirements management, modeling, risk analysis, and trade studies. Research emerging technologies and assess their implications. Identify and communicate high-level risks and mitigation strategies. Collaborate on research and development aligned with long-term goals. Establish technology and process directions for the technical community. Develop technical and teaming strategies across business units. Lead large proposals, identifying strengths and weaknesses to maximize success. Qualifications: Extensive experience in system modeling, simulation (MBSE), and interdisciplinary team leadership. Knowledge of autonomous systems, GPS, navigation, FPGA, DSP, and signal processing in MATLAB or Python. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks independently with urgency and travel up to 25%. Preferred Skills: Interest and quick learning ability in UGV, UAS, C5ISR technologies. Experience in mission CONOPS, Design to Cost, and life cycle development. Excellent negotiation and influence skills. Work Environment: This position is fully on-site or hybrid/flexible. Salary range: USD $177,683 - USD $197,118 per year. The posting remains open until filled.
