works closely with sales staff and the leadership team to provide customers with information and options to protect their investment, considering each customer's personal goals and needs.

Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability. Be proficient with title laws and registration processes. Maintain necessary certifications and proficiency for the role. Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively. Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals. Audit team deals post-sale. Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts. Qualifications: College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Punctuality and attendance commitment. Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening.
