Role Description This is a full-time, telehealth role for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, based in California. Qualifications Willingness to be present and take a growth mindset in supervision meetings Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Licensure or eligibility for associate-level Marriage and Family Therapist license Ability to work empathetically and ethically with diverse populations (this is very important) Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Motivation to market candidate practice and contribute to obtaining clients
