women with changing bodies
— whether that’s pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or active retirement. Our holistic approach blends orthopedic manual therapy, pelvic health, movement restoration, and advanced modalities like EPAT Shockwave and Stimpod to get real, lasting results. You’re a Physical Therapist who: Thrives in a one-on-one, patient-first environment Is curious, compassionate, and driven to keep learning Wants to combine manual therapy and pelvic floor skills to deliver life-changing results Communicates clearly and connects deeply with patients Is energized by collaboration—not competition Wants to grow personally and professionally Bonus points if you: Have training or interest in manual therapy and/or pelvic floor PT Love educating patients and empowering them to take charge of their recovery Believe laughter belongs in the treatment room What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one care to women across the lifespan, with a focus on manual therapy and pelvic health Develop and implement customized treatment plans (no cookie-cutter protocols here!) Collaborate with our team to ensure every patient feels supported throughout their journey Participate in professional development and mentorship sessions Contribute ideas and energy to our growing practice—because your input matters here What’s In It For You
Compensation:
$80,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience) Schedule:
Flexible 20–40 hours per week | Monday–Friday between
9am–7pm Benefits: Retirement plan benefits Health insurance Accrued sick leave (1 hour for every 40 hours worked) Paid vacation (for 30+ hour/week team members) Paid holidays (for full-time team members) Monthly team training + mentorship Growth opportunities with location expansion Why You’ll Love Working Here
