(part-time, temporary, contract role) Department: Wholesale Reports to: Classification: Exempt Direct Reports: None Effective Date: June 1 Pay Scale: Part-time contractor role paid hourly at $25 per hour (DOE), estimating 10-20 hours/week. Compensation for travel miles at IRS rate. POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Ambassador maintains the Region by ensuring store operational excellence and maximizing kiosk walk-in shop-ability. The Brand Ambassador establishes and develops relationships with our key customers, Whole Foods, and our cross-functional internal teams. The Brand Ambassador generates brand recognition, drives customer engagement and revenue through event marketing execution. All employees are expected to embrace these core values as part of their daily work-life with Urban Remedy. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the face of the brand, create an environment where our partners are treated fairly in the spirit of Urban Remedys core values and that exemplifies the brand ethos in the market. Ensure execution of kiosk merchandising, inventory, cleanliness, removal of dust, compliance to the company issued planograms. Perform basic kiosk maintenance: Facing, stocking, best by date compliance, proper signage, report inventory on hand. Capture photos/video of activity, inventory, and report numerical outputs/consumer feedback. Establish and build positive relationships with Store Operations teams. Support and educate stores within key initiatives such as new product launches and promotions to drive sales. Support brand activations/events/in-store demonstrations including scheduling sampling/event activity, inventory preparation, creating attractive displays, executing sampling, and post-event clean-up. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with proper food safety and handling procedures. Continually develop your product knowledge and overall knowledge of the natural & organic industry to answer customer questions. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. Position-Specific Skills

1-2 years of retail or merchandising experience. Strong communication skills; proficient in English in both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Platforms, Teams. Must have a Smartphone to utilize app-based technology. Truly believes Food is Healing and has a genuine passion towards the natural/organic food movement. Ability to model the Urban Remedy culture in every interaction and relationship with customers. An innovative mind that thrives in an environment of change and creativity. Food handling and safety knowledge. Prior product demo/sampling experience. Professional, energetic, and positive demeanor. Leadership Skills

A motivated self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team. High sense of integrity, professional courage, and sound judgment. Technical Skills

Strong prioritizing and time management skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and have fun! Education/Training

Food handling and safety certification. Experience with organic food/natural products preferred. Bachelors degree preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is field-based. Expected to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of the companys business and the type of work performed. Position requires long periods of standing and driving. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., 10-12 times per shift. This position requires a flexible work schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. EXPECTATIONS & DEVELOPMENT
