Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support all facets of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files and documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
