Job Summary:
Maintains a high quality, safe and clean Residence.

• Cleans common areas of Residence according to established schedule and procedures.
• Cleans restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Unclogs toilets and sinks.
• Empties garbage, replenish bags.
• Cleans all offices, including vacuuming and trash removal.
• Mops and removes trash from garbage cans in all common areas and replaces bags. Wipes down counters and sinks. Checks refrigerators, microwaves and ovens, clean if necessary.
• Cleans common area furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.
