The Technical Marketing resource is responsible for creating IT, security, and technical content, managing multiple projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards for commercial excellence. This role supports the IT needs of the US Region Sales and HIT teams for responses to technical questions related to MMS solutions including Alaris, Pyxis, and HealthSight platforms. Requests may include technical assessments, RFPs, contract language, customer questions, or other technical support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating technical responses for IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, or security audits
- Managing multiple projects and prioritizing requests effectively
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
- Maintaining knowledge of product updates and releases
- Providing timely and accurate technical support to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Working with the HIT team to deliver technical training
- Reviewing product release content for technical accuracy
- Ensuring product security documentation is current and available
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Cloud experience or certification
- Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Technical IT training
- Knowledge of Client MMS products (preferred)
- Project management experience
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong alignment with Client values
