Job Responsibilities Lead development and implementation of financial technology solutions to enhance financial reporting and meet firmwide objectives. Manage multiple areas with a focus on transactional processes, ensuring systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant. Collaborate with finance, product, and technology teams to integrate reporting systems for seamless data flow. Interface with senior financial leaders and stakeholders to align on technology and reporting requirements. Oversee complex projects related to financial reporting, including design, testing, and operational stability. Influence peers and senior stakeholders to adopt innovative solutions that improve reporting efficiency. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within teams. Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes using modern technologies. Maintain compliance and high standards of data security and integrity. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, leading complex projects in large organizations. Experience managing cross-functional teams in financial technology sectors. Proficiency with Big Data (Spark, Databricks), Cloud (AWS, Azure), UI (React), and Java. Ability to influence in complex, matrixed organizations and deliver value at scale. Experience with system design, testing, and operational stability in financial reporting systems. Strong talent development and hiring skills. Practical experience with cloud-native technologies and modern development practices. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and executives. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Preferred Qualifications Experience working at the code level.
