Summary of Job The Senior Manager, Paid Media will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase audience engagement and ticket sales for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and related digital products. This includes managing paid media across platforms such as search, social, display, apps, affiliates, influencer marketing, SEO, ASO, OOH, streaming audio, and CTV, aligning efforts with business goals. The role involves collaborating with creative teams, managing media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, analyzing campaign performance, and working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and analytics to optimize user acquisition and revenue. Responsibilities Develop paid media strategies across all digital channels to meet targets. Coordinate with creative teams to craft messaging tailored to different audiences. Utilize media platforms and tools such as Google Analytics for campaign measurement and optimization. Implement testing and learning approaches to improve campaigns. Forecast and analyze campaign performance across the funnel. Collaborate with agencies and management to align advertising with business objectives. Work with data teams to enhance user journeys and increase conversions. Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign impact. Qualifications 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or e-commerce. Expertise in managing paid social, search, display, and affiliate marketing channels. Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and BI tools. Understanding of online acquisition, planning, and conversion strategies. Ability to analyze campaign profitability and recommend improvements. Experience managing external agencies in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
