IT Administrator

Direct message the job poster from Digital Watchdog We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, managing and maintaining network and system infrastructure, administering security programs, and working closely with vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to keeping up with evolving technologies and IT best practices. Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and security-related issues. Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and switches. Perform system administration tasks such as patch management, backups/restores, and hardware/software repairs. Manage and administer Security Awareness Training programs. Handle vendor relations and procurement for ISPs, software, and hardware. Create and maintain clear and thorough process and system documentation. Research, stay current on, and report emerging technologies, trends, and IT best practices to management. Occasional travel to our Tampa, Florida office may be required. Preferred Experience: (Not all are required, but experience with the following is highly valued.)
