Ancillary Services Supervisor (Environmental Services) Join to apply for the Ancillary Services Supervisor (Environmental Services) role at Highland Hospital of Rochester NY. Job Description This position is full time, 40 hours per week, 3:00pm-11:30pm. Candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays. The Supervisor has oversight and supervision of staff within the Ancillary Departments including Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, Telecommunications, Support Services, and Transport. They are required to provide an efficient and comprehensive housekeeping service to users while contributing to enhancement of patient care and the environment in accordance with The Joint Commission (JC), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), and departmental policies. The ancillary services play a vital role within the organization and are included as part of the department team to ensure that a pleasant, safe, welcoming and clean environment is provided to patients, visitors, and staff. Salary Range $23.25 - $32.22 an hour Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required. Associate’s degree in Hospitality services or related field preferred. Experience: Five years of experience in a cleaning or ancillary services related field preferred. Two years of experience in a supervisory role preferred. License/Certification: Must be willing to attend assigned training classes in leadership. Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task.
