Understand specifications and desired results by reading mechanical drawings. Translate instructions into computer commands for CNC machines. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines. Supervise the machine during operation and make necessary adjustments. Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements. Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions. Document and communicate actions taken or needed to maintain continuity among shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency required. Solid mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills. Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings preferred. Ability to operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize according to requirements. Basic technical English proficiency. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts if required. 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift 40 lbs. No agency or telephone inquiries please.
