Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications/Skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude Proficient in English (both written and verbal) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Electrical Troubleshooting: The ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues is crucial. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong customer service skills Leadership and supervisory experience is desirable Must possess a valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexible Hours with the ability to stay after scheduled shift or in emergency situations Physical Ability: The ability to lift heavy materials, work in various environments, and perform manual tasks is often required.
