Origin 63 is seeking an experienced

technical vision for complex client engagements , bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

You will play a pivotal role in

pre‑sales engagements

by delivering feasibility assessments, solution blueprints, and architecture reviews, while also providing

governance and oversight during project delivery . Beyond client‑facing solutioning, this role reports directly to the

Director of Client Services , manages cross‑departmental collaboration (Sales, Strategy, Delivery, Development) to maintain delivery excellence, and leads

internal training sessions

(Lunch & Learns and beyond) to elevate technical solutioning skills across the team.

This is a full‑time position requiring 6 hours of regular overlap with our core collaboration hours (8 AM – 2 PM PT).

Skills / Must‑Haves

6–10+ years in solutions architecture or HubSpot consulting, including complex multi‑hub deployments and CRM migrations.

Expert‑level proficiency in the HubSpot platform (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations Hubs), including data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices.

Pre‑sales expertise: leading technical discovery, feasibility assessments, demos/POCs, RFP/RFI responses, and SoW scoping.

Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technical designs, establish implementation guardrails, and review solution architecture.

Strong client‑facing and executive communication skills, including workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder presentations.

Familiarity with Ops Hub programmable automation, with the ability to guide development teams effectively.

Demonstrated ability to bridge sales, strategy, and delivery teams, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.

Comfortable acting as an external representative of Origin 63 within the HubSpot Partner Network and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to lead deep technical discovery sessions, capturing both business goals and technical requirements across multiple HubSpot hubs and third‑party systems.

Conduct fit‑gap analyses to evaluate feasibility, risks, and trade‑offs between custom development, native HubSpot capabilities, and integration options.

Produce detailed solution blueprints, integration maps, and architecture documentation that clearly outline system interactions, data flows, and security considerations.

Deliver executive‑level presentations and solution demos/POCs to prospects, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales on technical proposal content and provide pre‑sales input to improve win rates, including responding to RFPs/RFIs.

Scope Statements of Work (SoWs) with accurate estimates, identified risks, technical assumptions, and defined success criteria.

Solution Design & In‑Project Technical Discovery

Validate proposed solutions with both client and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.

Translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and maintainable HubSpot architectures, with clear guardrails for implementation.

Define integration strategies (APIs, middleware, data syncs) for CRM, ERP, or marketing platforms to support seamless workflows.

Establish governance frameworks for data quality, user roles, and ongoing platform management.

Contribute to pricing and resource planning discussions by balancing feasibility, cost, and client impact.

Maintain a library of reusable solution patterns and documentation to improve future scoping efficiency.

Delivery Oversight & Enablement

Oversee early delivery milestones to ensure alignment with the approved architecture and scopes, adjusting design where necessary based on real‑world constraints.

Remain available as a technical escalation point during implementation to advise on blockers, integration issues, or unexpected scope changes.

Conduct architecture reviews at key delivery checkpoints to confirm adherence to solution design, security best practices, and client requirements.

Partner with Project Managers and Implementation teams to proactively identify risks and ensure project health.

Lead or participate in post‑mortems/retrospectives, documenting lessons learned and updating best practices for future projects.

Report to the Director of Client Services, providing regular visibility into solution design quality, project governance, and overall delivery health.

Manage and align cross‑departmental teams (Sales, Strategy, Delivery, Development) to ensure consistency and quality across all client engagements.

Lead 1 – 2 internal training sessions per month (Lunch & Learns and beyond) to elevate technical knowledge, solutioning practices, and team‑wide competency.

Define, document, and enforce solutioning standards and best practices, ensuring scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks.
