The Department of Pathology is seeking an accomplished M.D. or M.D. / Ph.D.
to join the team as **Division Chief of Transfusion Medicine** for the Montefiore Health System. Candidates must be board certified in CP or AP/CP and in **Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine** and have laboratory management experience in a multi-site healthResponsibilities include directing Transfusion Medicine at the system level, including oversight of blood bank/transfusion services at all Montefiore affiliated hospitals,
coordinating services with other laboratory sections, working with medical specialist throughout the medical system in addressing institutional needs, active participation in hospital committees, and teaching residents and medical students.
