Enjoy fantastic working hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed on Sundays. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules.

General Manager
and lead our team to success! We provide immediate compensation through DailyPay, bonus pay, extensive benefits including medical, 401(k), paid vacations, and more. As a General Manager, you will oversee store operations, manage staff training, uphold safety and policy standards, and contribute to continuous growth and development. Team Car Care manages nearly 500 Jiffy Lube centers across North America, emphasizing quality customer service, ethical selling, and employee growth through top-notch training and career advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide prompt, courteous guest service and resolve guest issues. Maintain inventory control and manage costs. Handle budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L performance. Oversee maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds. Coordinate POS system maintenance. Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling and performance management. Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance, including OSHA and EPA standards. Open and close the store as needed. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain cash controls. Partner with Loss Prevention to ensure policy compliance and report thefts or incidents. Assist at other locations as directed. Qualifications: Establish clear expectations, delegate effectively, and promote respectful workplace policies. Maintain open communication and conduct staff meetings. Hold team accountable and address performance issues promptly. Set a positive example with professionalism and work ethic. Work independently and diligently to achieve results. Review and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions. Follow procedures and guidelines accurately. Availability may include weekends and holidays, depending on location. Commit to safety policies and procedures.
