Our client is an international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team.
The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan .

Job Details
Provide general administrative assistance
Manage benefits department email and phone line
Enter and update employee information in Workday
Assist with and coordinate new hire benefit orientations
Process invoices and prepare expense reports
Manage department filing and mail
Other projects and duties as assigned
Salary: $60-70k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
College degree required
1-2 years' HR & benefits experience
Workday experience highly preferred
Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
Top-notch communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
