Overview We are seeking a Manager, Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys mentoring junior analysts, and is ready to take on more strategic responsibilities. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver high‑impact analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Client & Team Collaboration

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (strategy, creative, account) and clients

Consult with clients to identify business challenges and recommend data‑driven solutions

Present findings in a clear, compelling way that drives action

Data Analysis & Strategy

Lead the development of measurement plans and dashboards

Analyze digital, media, and social data to uncover trends and insights

Conduct social listening and integrate findings into reporting

Translate complex data into strategic recommendations

Project & People Management

Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal oversight

Mentor junior analysts and support their growth as analytics professionals

Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables

Qualifications

BA/BS in a quantitative, digital, or research‑related field

4‑6 years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare or agency settings

Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms

Experience with prescription data and healthcare privacy regulations is a plus

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to lead client conversations and translate data into business strategy

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding tools a plus

Compensation Compensation Range: $87,210 – $125,265 annually. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
