Vernon, IL with a guaranteed salary of $260,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract. In addition to competitive compensation, the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Health & Dependent Care Expense Accounts Salary Continuance and Disability Coverage Two retirement account options (401k and 457b) 5 Days of CME Time Off $3,500 Annual CME Stipend DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification, & Maintenance Fees Covered $1,000 per year for CME that can be used towards technology Computer allowance of $750 every 5 years Hospital-Provided Medical Malpractice Insurance Up to $15,000 moving allowance Support for J-1 Visa applicants Bonus:
