Job Summary The organization is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive project management for international touring. The role involves working with stakeholders and cross‑divisional partners to establish clear milestones, set timelines, and manage deliverables. You will facilitate collaboration and accountability across teams and support one of the executives while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

THE JOB Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing administration for tours of all sizes
Gathering and managing calendar availabilities and holds
Creating and completing tour routings
Overseeing the creation of tour files such as confirmations, contacts, offers, pot trackers, and more
Maintaining and organizing tour documents
Utilizing TM1 and other systems to gather and review ticketing‑related data to advise decision‑making
Handling industry and guest ticketing requests
Collaborating with tour finance on reporting needs, weekly artist payments, and related tasks
Creating reports as needed and distributing them to internal and external stakeholders
Developing business plans and maintaining deal sheets for potential tours under supervision and review
Gathering data and research for the Tour Promoter & Director
Reviewing artist contracts per company guidelines
Liaising with artists, agents, managers, and related industry participants
Managing interactions with other departments (e.g., marketing, ticketing, etc.)
Overseeing day‑to‑day execution of small to mid‑size domestic tour deals and coordinating with local Live Nation offices and 3rd‑party venues
What This Person Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
2+ years of experience in the live music business and working with live events
Passion for music and live experiences
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Team‑player with strong problem‑solving abilities and innovative mindset
Highly organized and proactive work ethic
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Concur)
Proficiency with project management tools and ability to learn new software efficiently
Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
Flexibility for a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
Willingness to travel when necessary
