Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Technical Conversion/Cutover and Reporting Lead to join us. This role supports Data Conversion, Reporting, and Data Warehouse replatforming. The lead manages critical technical workstreams, including conversion, reporting, and integrations, ensuring readiness of ERP systems for deployment. As the development team lead, you will guide developers in designing, developing, and implementing conversions, data warehouses, and reports, providing expertise from requirements through implementation and ensuring design aligns with current and future business direction>

Responsibilities

Lead and manage conversion, data warehouse and middleware re‑platforming projects for WMATA's impacted IT applications.

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of conversions, data warehouses, and reports.

Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation.

Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction.

Communicate with functional team to understand business requirements and write design/technical documents.

Coordinate and manage team, manage and guide development tasks.

Work with integrator on resolution of issues with delivered functionality.

Configure or reconfigure in‑house tools for administration purposes or to support business processes.

Lead testing and debugging of impacted applications.

Manage and update workplans and project documentation.

Status reporting of work in progress to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field plus 8 years of experience.

Experience managing a technical team, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.

Experience developing and maintaining project plans with MS Project.

Experience with SDLC hybrid Agile, and using Atlassian JIRA.

Extensive experience using cloud‑based integration tools and Oracle ERP systems, Oracle Fusion (SaaS) & Oracle EBS Modules.

8+ years' experience on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), BI Publisher Reports, Fusion Reports, Integrated Cloud Services (ICS), Workflow Customization and Form Personalization.

Experience with various development methodologies such as Waterfall, and Agile (SCRUM).

Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components and capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns.

Application Integration with Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus and with Oracle Integration Cloud.

Ability to leverage pre‑built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications etc. in the solution.

Experience of integrating different multi‑cloud applications and on‑premise applications.

Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).

Strong Experience of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications including Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.

Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred: Experience in working with third‑party systems.

Preferred: Experience in cloud‑based ERP deployments.

Preferred: 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration and development.

Preferred: 5+ years experience in leading and managing projects.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Work Visa Holder.
