Pay $99,225 - $148,575 annually, depending on experience.
Shift Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Employment Logistics As the General Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will direct the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility, and oversee the branch operations and any satellite projects as necessary.

The Must‑Haves
GED/Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
6 years in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
Last‑mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower, and engage a team
Strong organization and time‑management skills utilizing MS Office Suite
Your Mission In Motion
Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization’s services
Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
Evaluate overall operations regularly and systematically report results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions, coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and collaborate with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
