GENERAL MANAGER - THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY Deliver the ultimate premium experience! As a General Manager of Premium, you will lead premium operations, elevate guest service in high-end spaces, and oversee suite/club‑level hospitality at the venue. You will manage premium team performance, coordinate with culinary and service departments, and ensure elite guest satisfaction during every event.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the premium service team

Oversee suite and VIP guest operations

Coordinate logistics and service execution with culinary teams

Manage inventory, setup, and breakdown of premium spaces

Ensure premium service standards and presentation

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred

Minimum 5+ years of premium food service in a high‑volume atmosphere

Experience with POS systems and suite‑level operations

ServSafe and alcohol service certifications preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule – including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
