Rairdon Automotive Group, a leading and rapidly growing auto group in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced and strategic director of employee operations to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a results‑driven HR professional with automotive industry experience to make a significant impact in a dynamic, people‑focused organization.
About the Role As Director of Employee Operations, you will provide vision, leadership, and hands‑on expertise in all aspects of human resources across multiple dealership locations. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational culture, and drive operational excellence.
Compensation Full‑time total annual compensation between $144,000–$180,000 per year; all subject to terms of pay plan.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and performance goals.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple dealerships.
Partner with General Managers, Controllers, and Department Leaders to ensure effective HR processes and compliance.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives to attract and grow top talent.
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs that support employee engagement and retention.
Champion company culture, employee relations, and workplace compliance with state and federal regulations.
Drive process improvement, standardization, and scalability across all HR functions.

Qualifications
5+ years of HR leadership experience within the automotive industry required (Office Manager/Controller or HR Manager background).
Proven experience leading HR teams across multiple locations or dealerships.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, accounting, and compliance.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands‑on and deliver results.
